This case is located in Hebi city, a large commercial charging station designed to meet the growing demand for high-speed charging of electric vehicles in a bustling urban area. Installation Process

The Risen charging pile adopts a modular design, consisting of a main unit and multiple split piles, and is installed by a professional team. The installation process began with a comprehensive site assessment to ensure the optimal location of the main unit and split piles. Given the high-power characteristics of the charging piles, we carefully considered the power infrastructure and made necessary upgrades to the power supply system.
The installation of the split piles is a critical part of the entire installation process. Each split pile is precisely positioned to facilitate the use of electric vehicle users. The team must carefully manage the wiring and connections between the main unit and split piles to ensure seamless power distribution. Despite the challenges of the small space of the charging station, the team overcame these challenges through careful planning and execution.

Using Feedback

During peak charging hours, when multiple EVs with different charging demands were connected simultaneously, the system automatically and intelligently allocated power.
